These Terms govern your use of Lunchlog.

1. Who we are

Lunchlog is operated by Syfo, a sole trader based in Ireland.

2. About Lunchlog

Lunchlog is a software platform that enables schools, parents, and authorised providers to manage pupil lunch selections and related information.

Lunchlog does not prepare, cook, store, handle, or serve food and is not a food business operator.

3. Account creation

Accounts may be created:

  • directly by you, or
  • by a school or authorised provider

Where accounts are pre-created, they are based on information supplied by that organisation.

You must not access an account unless you are authorised to do so.

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Parent responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of:

  • pupil information
  • allergy/dietary information
  • meal selections

6. Allergy disclaimer

Lunchlog provides allergen information as an administrative aid only.

We do not guarantee that any meal is free from allergens or cross-contamination.

You must confirm all allergy-related details directly with the school or provider.

7. Orders and fulfilment

Lunchlog transmits meal selections but does not guarantee fulfilment.

Schools and providers are responsible for preparing and serving meals.

8. Third parties

We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or data of schools, caterers, or third parties.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Acceptable use

  • no unlawful use
  • no misuse of data
  • no unauthorised access

11. Intellectual property

All rights belong to Syfo.

12. Data protection

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • incorrect orders
  • food issues
  • third-party actions
  • system failures

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Syfo against misuse or incorrect data.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are breached.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms.

17. Governing law

Irish law applies.
